Cinde Warmington has my vote for the Executive Council in District 2. I have been privileged to know Cinde for more than 15 years, and she is my dream candidate for this position. The Executive Council is unique to New Hampshire, and its chief role is to function as the eyes and ears of the citizens of New Hampshire in the State House. Councilors serve to provide checks and balances on both the governor and the Legislature. Both are sorely needed today.
Cinde’s career has been focused on health care, first in hospital laboratory medicine and then as a health care attorney. Access to affordable health care, effective funding to combat the opioid epidemic, and an evidenced-based response to the pandemic are all priorities for Cinde. She will fight to ensure that the governor focuses on these issues, that he fairly allocates funds, and that he listens to the advice of authorities, rather than cozying up to cronies to solve them. Cinde will make sure that bills passed by the Legislature are carried out in a fiscally responsible fashion. We need concerned, experienced, and thoughtful candidates like Cinde to make this happen.
In the time of COVID, when our health and our vulnerabilities seem to dictate so many aspects of our lives, having a truly dedicated, thoughtful, and clear-headed public servant as Cinde Warmington working for the good of all New Hampshire citizens is an enormous plus.
