MANCHESTER, NH — Today, Sabato's Crystal Ball at the University of Virginia Center for Politics moved the New Hampshire governor's race from “Likely Republican” to “Leans Republican" in the direction of Cinde Warmington — citing new UNH polling that showed a tied race between Warmington and Ayotte.
